		<description>I agree with your advice about Buying real estate.  A lot of people made some unwise choices.    I saw a lot of investors buying the biggest track home for the smallest amount of money in remote communities where there was no true scarcity.  You drive out of the subdivision and there was a pasture to the left and a pasture to the left.   ( probably a desert in your area).  There is no true scarcity there. You have a cheap lot and a depreciating improvement. 

These &quot;drive to you qualify&quot; communities are suffering because the first time buyers are have little ability to qualify now that the sub prime mortgage market has collapsed. 

Now that prices are going down --- Investors should look to get into the &quot;better&quot; areas.   A &quot;better&quot; area being an area where land is scarce.
