The car insurance guy says buy new. Sure, insurance is higher on a new car than on one a few years old. I have never owned a new car in my life, I always buy used. You lose so much money as soon as you drive a new car off the lot. Better to buy a car that is a year or so old from a private party if you can. You'll save money. Lol.
