When I did a search for current homes in this wealthy neighborhood, I found 177 homes for sale from 500K to 5 million, and 3 were under contract, so Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the Dallas area are all seeing the higher end market dying, no surprise, there is no money in jumbo loans.
