		<description>Well, I&#039;m not sure I&#039;d say that it&#039;s exploding.  There are plenty of developers who have had to stop development, but activity is up.  The real problem is that we have so many condo-conversions, HOA funding problems, and foreclosures hitting the market.  While sales are increasing, prices are still wavering on the down-side in many areas.</description>
