		<description>One thing to note about the Arizona Statutes is that they are written, and apply towards properties that are involved in a Trustee Sale.  There is nothing currently in the ARS (Arizona Revised Statutes) that directly addresses Short Sales.

In other words, if you&#039;re facing foreclosure, it&#039;s in your best interest at this time to attempt a short sale rather than allowing the bank to repossess your home.</description>
