At least in terms of being the owner of the house and placing it on short sale/foreclosure. Thanks for taking the time to do this write up, its very helpful. I think a lot of people should just do the short sale - why absolutely destroy your credit when you have the option to help yourself out by completing a short sale??? Doesn't make sense to me.
