I don’t want your listing if you aren’t serious about selling.  There are plenty of real estate sales people who will agree to put a sign in your yard.  That’s easy.  The real work is in guiding you, so your expectations are in line with the market conditions so you can sell your home and move on with your life.  Yes, I want you to get the highest price possible, but I’m not going to use you for advertising opportunities by overpricing your home just to put my name on your lawn.
